A RECIPE FOR MAKING MIXED FLOUR FOR FINEST FLOUR CAKE
|1. Put 400g of mixed flour for finest, flour cake into a basin, pour mixture wiht a low fire until it becomes a bit condensed.|
|2. Clean the banana leaves and tear them into 10 centimeter- wide pieces. Dip them in hot water for a while so that they get softer then rub some oil on their surfaces. Divide the condensed flour into small pieces then put each on every pieces of banana leaves. Spread the condensed flour to become thin, and put the fillings in the middle of it. Fold the banana leaf and tie it with the torn-banana leaf string.|
|3. Boil the water, steam finest flour cake for 10-15 minuter until they are will cooked. The finest flour cake are used with some vinegary carrots tumips and fish sauce mixed with lemons and chilli pepper.|
A RECIPE FOR MAKING THE FILLINGS
– Cut 100g of the pork into very thin slices then mince them.
– Uncover the shells of 100g of shrimps , wash them with salt water, mince them or keep them intact.
– Mix the minced pork and shrimps with the chopped purple onions, sugar, fish sauce and sodium glutarmate how to make tasty. For 10 minutes, pour cooking oil into a heated frying pan, put the minced pork and shrimps into it and fry the fillings until they are well cooked.
