Vermicelli

Chinese vermicelli is a dry type of food made from rice flour, rice flour, mung bean flour or cassava powder. Sour yam made from flour is usually better: tough, in, not “swell” while eating. In general,Chinese vermicelli is a common dry food that is commonly eaten in Vietnamese fast food restaurants, just behind the vermicelli.
