Bread Crumb

INGREDIENT: wheat flour, corn starch, rice flour, baking powder.

Net weight: 400g

APPLICATION: This powder is used for frying prawn, crab, fish, bulb, fruit, cake… It can be used for the vegetarian.

Instructions:

1.    Roll the prawn with crisp fried powder mix.

2.     Dip the prawn in a bowl with some eggs, both white and yolk.

3. Cover the bread crumb on the prawn and let for 3-4 minutes so that the bread crumb can stick evenly to the prawn.

4. Fry it brown in boiling oil pan at the temperature of 1800C
