Steamed Cake Flour

INRGEDIENTS: Wheat flour , Tapioca starch, Baking powder

Net weight: 400g

Instructions:

1. Put 180g of sugar and 400g of cake flour into a bowl, pour slowly 290ml of waterinto the flour, stir the mixture in 2 -3 minutes until the mixture is fine.
2. Pour the mixture into the mould with a layer of oil. Boil water in a steaming pot, put the mould onto the steaming plate.
3. Steam in 15 -20 minutes, put a toothpick into the cake, if nothing stick on the toothpick, it is cooked.
